Refunds & Exchanges/Damaged Products

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however if your gift was delivered damaged, the recipient may provide us with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt.  We'll be happy to replace it with the same gift at no additional cost (some exceptions apply).  We will pick up the damaged product when delivering the replacement.  

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Perishable goods (such as certain food products, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Items we were not able to deliver:


Every attempt will be made to deliver your product securely and directly to your recipient.  Please ensure that the delivery information for your gift is accurate and complete. Be sure to include unit numbers, apartment numbers, company names (if applicable), buzzer codes for apartment units, etc.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or result in additional redelivery fees for the purchaser (see below).

The gift will be returned to our head office if we attempt delivery and the gift is undeliverable for reasons including but not limited to:

1. gift basket was refused at the time of delivery

2. an incorrect address was provided, or the address has missing information like apartment number, buzzer code

3. If the recipient has moved and is no longer at the address provided at the time of purchase

4. gift is not safe to be left if nobody is home

In this case, the sender will be notified by the phone number or email address provided at the time the order was placed.

If a customer would like us to attempt delivery for a second time, a second delivery fee of $25 will be charged. Alternatively, the sender may make arrangements to pick up the gift within 48 hours at no additional cost.  Please note that gifts like flowers or other perishable items cannot be replaced due to delivery delays that occurred for reasons outside our control.  

If for any reason the customer does not confirm alternative delivery or pick up arrangements within 15 days, the gift will be considered abandoned.
