SHIPPING
*Please note order and delivery deadlines and schedules for the December holiday season below.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on where you want the product delivered, your preferred delivery date, and whether it is being delivered within the GTA, Canada or the United States. On any baskets of $100 or more to one address we offer FREE delivery. Our deliveries can be categorized into three groups:
Local Courier – These are hand deliveries made via local courier within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Charges are $12 to $20 depending on your location within the GTA. We are usually able deliver within 1 -2 business days (Monday to Sunday) within the GTA.
Orders to be delivered within the GTA are offered next business day delivery services if orders are received and processed by 2 PM EST. Same day delivery is available on orders placed before 10am, however we will attempt to accommodate later orders if our schedule permits.
For peak holiday seasons, deliveries will be made the following day. Advance ordering for larger orders is appreciated.
Local deliveries are available within the GTA from Monday to Sunday between 12pm and 9pm EST.
We use UPS and Canada Post to ship boxes across Canada and to the US. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the gift, the distance your gift will be travelling and the service you select. Our website provides estimated shipping times that are "best case scenarios", but please be advised that we cannot guarantee exact shipping times. The shipping times listed when you checkout are estimations of arrival times and are not a guarantee.
US Shipments - We cannot guarantee timing of shipments as Customs holding times can vary. Typically gifts shipped to the US will arrive on the selected date, but they can take longer due to customs or inclement weather for instance.
Across Canada
Deliveries across Canada are available between Monday to Friday. Orders that are received and processed before 12:00pm EST will ship out on the same day. After 12:00pm EST, products will ship out the following business day.
Shipments in Ontario and Quebec will be completed within 1 – 3 business days.
Shipments in other provinces and territories will be completed within 4 – 7 days.

Pertinent delivery information
Please place your orders as early as possible during the peak holiday season to ensure timely delivery throughout November and December. Please refer to the following suggestions, depending on the destination:
- BC, NL – December 14
- AB, SK, MB, PE, NS, NB – December 15
- ON, QC – December 18
- GTA – December 21
Please note that customized instructions could delay your order. If there are any questions in regards to your specific instructions, we will contact you as soon as we can.
Please Be Aware Of The Following:
• Parcels may experience delays because of weather and other urgent circumstances
• Delivering your gift is our #1 priority (However we cannot guarantee timed delivery)
• We cannot guarantee deliveries on December 22 - 24 unless they are placed before the cutoff dates specified. We do not deliver from December 25 to December 27.
• Due to the high volume of orders during peak season, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as they become guidelines; please see below as a reference

For deliveries made to apartments and townhouses, please note that the recipient could be notified if there are no concierge services. Until confirmation is made that someone will be available to receive the delivery, the order may be delayed.
